TATTI is seeking enthusiastic and passionate teaching professionals to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are eager to mentor students and deliver industry-relevant education in finance, commerce, financial technology, artificial intelligence and programming.

**Position:**Teaching Staff

Experience: 0–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom lectures and practical lab sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessment tools.
• Conduct internal assessments, assignments and examinations.
• Mentor and guide students in academics and career development.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars and industry interaction programs.
• Maintain academic records and comply with institutional policies.
• Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA (Finance), M.Sc. (Data Science/AI), MCA, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of teaching or industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Finance, Commerce, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence and Python programming.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and student mentoring.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI tools and financial technologies.
• Ability to conduct practical Python lab sessions.
• Basic understanding of digital finance, blockchain, data analytics, or machine learning is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
