Visiting network hospitals and taking care of cashless processes of clients end-to-end. Overseeing multiple cashless authorizations and discharge. Building relationships with different hospitals for a favorable service. Interacting with Claims Administrator at Loop to coordinate efforts for a smooth cashless procedure. Working with hospitals, TPAs, the internal team at Loop to ensure a speedy resolution. Interact with client and take care of all claim-related procedures.

1+ years of experience working with cashless claims. Has held a role in a TPA/hospital desk/insurer in a claims-facing role. Has had 6+ months experience interacting with customers. Fluency in a regional language is encouraged. Interested in learning new technological tools.
