• Profound knowledge of Search Engines & Website Optimization

• Thorough knowledge of webmaster tool s and web analytics

• Familiar with SEO Tools, Keyword Research Tools and other web technologies.

• Must be very good with keyword research/section

• Strong SEO skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision
  making

• Thorough knowledge of technical aspects of search engines and search engine optimization.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple
  projects/responsibilities.

• Self-starter approach, with ability to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility as time permits

• Should be able to lead the team and share knowledge with Team members

• Knowledge of various open source CMSs will be an added advantage

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Job profile / KRA's:

• Manage complete SEO operations

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS & Scripts and Able to edit HTML coding of WebPages and blog.

• Understand website business and end goal.

• Research and analyse website statistics.

• Prepare SEO analysis reports and proposals

• Optimize the clients' websites to achieve better organic results.

• Identify keyword rankings and website related issues.

• Understand all aspects of black/white hat SEO

• Successfully execute the link popularity campaigns.

• Actively participate in forums and blog discussions

• Managing project cycle and client requirements.

• Liaising with development and account management team ensuring all customer requirements are met.

• Thorough knowledge of SEO tools and SEO methods

• Effectively maintain internal and external communications (with sales team, development team, SEO and Account Managers).

• Communicate regularly with the SEO/ Account Managers, via email or/and weekly meetings

• Respond promptly to all client and other urgent queries.

• Flawless weekly and monthly reporting without delay and fail

• Other duties as assigned.
