JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:

To assist and support the slickline operations team in the execution of Slickline intervention activities in safe manner to oilfield practices and function to be a potential Slickline operator after gaining the necessary practical experience and developing technical skills.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Assist in the preparation and inspection of slickline tools and equipment before operations, ensuring they are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
• Rig Up/Down all equipment as instructed by Slickline operators and supervisors.
• Support and assist Slickline senior operators in rigging up and down Slickline equipment on site, running, pulling, and setting slickline tools in wells, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of slickline tools and equipment after operations. Report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to senior operators and supervisors.
• Maintain proper handling of all equipment especially mechanical and electronic gauges in order to avoid failures.
