Assess all cases and assist in the disposal of the repossessed properties

• Assist in the disposal of property disposal MOM Pan India ensuring paperwork for the sale is in place
• Conduct auctions through online portal and private treaty so as to ensure adequate disposal of the property 
• Ensure credit cost against budget are adequately maintained.
• Fix reserve price for properties that have been repossessed through the SARFESAI Act 
• Develop initiatives that will assist in the disposal of stock
• Liaise with prospective buyers and the legal team to assist the sale of properties across PAN India
• Aid customers in the final sale after documentation to ensure a smooth purchase process.
• Ensure adherence to collection policies and auction process notes
