• Solid programming skills in JavaScript (for STEP Business Rules) and Java for custom extensions, plugins, and integration components.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for source data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for STEP configuration deployment and integration components.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and privacy/compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
