Role: Accounts Receivable Team Member

Skill: Indian Accounting, Accounts Receivable

Experience: 2 to 8 years

Location: TCS Gurgaon [Sector 16, Vatika One on One Gurgaon]

Shift Timing: India General Shift [09:00 am to 07:00 pm]

Weeks Offs: Saturday & Sunday

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)​

• Non-technical graduation and/or masters in finance & accounts stream - B.Com, M.Com or CA Inter

Must Have:

• Indian Accounting Knowledge, Indian Taxation, Journal Entries, SAP Knowledge, Customer Reconcilitions, Good Communication

Good-to-Have:

• Airline Finance Accounting, Customer Relationship management

Job Description - Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting including GST, TDS and statutory compliance

• Hands-on experience in AR processes (Billing, Cash Application, Collections, Bank Reconciliation, TDS Accounting & Reconciliation, Month-End Closing & Reporting)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP - S4HANA, Tally etc.)

• Proficiency in Excel (reconciliation, reporting, MIS)

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to directly engage with Sales and Finance teams—and with appropriate approval from Sales, interact with clients to review, analyze and understand customer requirements.
