Description
Role - AWS Connect Developer
Location - Nagpur
Experience - 3 to 8 years
Must-Have
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, queues)
Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda and API Gateway
Proficiency in Node.js or Python for serverless development
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations (CRM/backend)
Understanding of telephony concepts (IVR, call routing) and AWS services (Lex, CloudWatch)
Responsibilities
Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows and routing solutions
Develop serverless applications and integrate backend/CRM systems
Build and optimize IVR workflows and automation use cases
Troubleshoot and resolve call flow and application issues
Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvements
