Command Center Associate

· Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for performance and availability. · Monitor App batch jobs (TWS & ContrlM) and take remedial action · Respond to alerts and incidents, following established protocols. · Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. · Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed. · Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions. · Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations. · Participate in regular training and development activities.
