Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional with strong expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Reconciliation, Variance Analysis, Client Management, and Process Automation. The ideal candidate should have proven domain experience and driving operational excellence through digital transformation initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools will be an added advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance,

• Accounting, Commerce, MBA Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent.

Good to Have Skills:

Power BI,  VBA/Macros, Hyperion,  Automation Tools, SQL, Process Improvement, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge

Mandatory skill to have:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting & Forecasting, Management Reporting, Variance Analysis, Reconciliation, Financial Statement Analysis, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Formulae), ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Stakeholder Management

Communication:

• Have fluency in reading, understanding, writing, and speaking English.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.)

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools

• Experience in Finance Automation and Process Transformation initiatives

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled productivity tools, and data-driven decision-making (preferred).
