Job Summary-

·          Experience in managing and validating customs filing process – Preparing training material and process SOPs.

·          Should be able to proactively resolve customer issues with high sense of urgency.

·          Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in air logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain.

·          Experience in operations, performance management and drive for improvements

·          A Subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Process Management, and procedures followed in end to end export import documentation
