Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent,B.com,MBA

Must Have Skills:

     Strong understanding of financial statements, statutory compliance, and tax basics

• End-to-end knowledge of Record to Report processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Strong understanding of financial statements, statutory compliance, and tax basics.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Good-to-Have Skills:

     Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar workflow systems

• Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar workflow systems.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting and assist in month-end closing activities.

• Prepare and review journal entries for accruals, deferrals, and adjustments.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and GL reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

• Support financial reporting and assist in trial balance review.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.

• Maintain documentation and adhere to SLA/KPI targets.

• Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
