Job Description
| Financial Outcomes * Co-ordinating day to day operations of the current co-packing plants and ensure Safety, Quality and Cost expectations of the company are met. * Management of project budgets and ensuring that the optimum utilization of budgets is done in line with the expectations. ( Customer Service * Lead the team of Site managers in the territory assigned. * Close coordination with SCM and Sales team in the region * Experience in handling 3P model * Support in shortlisting of new 3P business partner * Project execution in coordination with central project team * Coordination with internal stake holders in Corporate office on day today requirement Internal Processes * Monitoring and control of KPI's * Project execution and provide subsequent support ensuring that all performance out comes have been met * Sensitively coordinating and planning the project - proactively all requirements are made clear to parties * Complete Statutory Compliance - such that both the COC guidelines as well as the local/ national law are adhered to * Day to Day Operations of Ready to drink beverages plant |
