Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Manufacturing
- Support day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities to ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
- Gain exposure to production planning, plant operations, and process optimization initiatives.
- Participate in shop-floor reviews and operational performance discussions.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvement actions.
Quality & Compliance
- Assist in monitoring adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and operational controls.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action tracking.
- Participate in quality improvement projects across locations.
Supply Chain & Planning
- Gain exposure to procurement, inventory management, demand planning, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
- Support coordination between manufacturing, planning, and supply chain teams.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
Project Assignments
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects during each rotation.
- Present project outcomes and recommendations to plant and functional leadership.
- Document learning and best practices from each stint.

By the end of the program, the trainee will:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related disciplines.
- 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates preferred).
- Strong academic record and willingness to relocate across locations during the program.
