Job Description
| * Ensuring the safety of people & factory * Responsible for overall shift activities. * Responsible for producing Freeze dried coffee as per the advice given by M (P)/AM (P). * Responsible for producing 5.75 MT/day of FDC. * Responsible for achieving Target Production & Target Yield * Prepare production plan as per requirement & execution * Managing of operators and labors working in their shift. * Maintain necessary documentation & records * Ensure factory sanitation and hygiene * Monitor the critical control points * Responsible for daily SAP Production entries * Co-ordinate with ISO audit * Co-ordinate & execute all Trial production & document the same. * Responsible for HIRA & LOTO form revision & updating the same. |
