| Overall purpose and objective of this position | To provide assistance in Project Management Activities to the Project Manager (PM/PD) of TPL of any site .on Level – 1 & Level-2 Network for all power generation projects. Also helps the PM/PD in resource planning |
| Major responsibilities and function of this position | Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Reporting; Coordination for Equipment delivery, Turn over monitoring and generation of Progress Control Reports, Tracking Delays, Issuance of letters for delays and time extension, Monitoring package/system completion, Handing over Punch points progress, Raising alarams for packages getting closer to critical path |
| Work experience, special training and / or level of education necessary for this position | Graduate Engineer with 2-15 years of experience in Various Mechanical Erection fields like Power Plant. |

| Supervisory responsibility | No direct reportees |
| Competencies required for the job | Knowledge: IT-enabled packages to track/monitor Project progress/constraints; sequencing of Project Activities for effective implementation; Project Management/Construction Management System ; Power Plant Engineering/ Equipments/Tools & Plants and Project Life Cycle; Project Planning Techniques-Stage/ Planning Process/Methods; foreseeing input requirements-man/material/machines/money |
