· Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications

· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of material accounting

Operational

· Execution of tasks vis-à-vis schedule

· Co-ordinate daily execution by various contractors

· Monitor in-process quality of various tasks and escalate issues as necessary

· Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications

· Test materials, such as cement, concrete, steel, door frames etc, as per IS/ BS codes, as relevant

· Receive, inspect and issue materials (cement and steel) at site with necessary documentation such as GR Notes and

Material Issue Notes

· Assist site accountant in material accounting
