Role Description

·     Trainees will be under on the job plant training for 1 year (under Apprenticeship Act,1961 and its latest amendments) at Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Limited (JCAPCPL).

·     During the one-year training period, candidates shall be given stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act which will be shared by Tata Steel Limited and Govt as per NATs and NAPs guideline.

·     Candidates will be registered on the NATS 2.0 Apprenticeship Portal.

·     On successful completion of one year training, candidates will be assessed through written test and interview. Basis their performance, they will be awarded one year apprenticeship completion certificate from JCAPCPL.

·     The advertisement outlines a One Year Apprenticeship Training opportunity. Please note that participating in this program does not guarantee employment after its completion. During one year of Apprenticeship Training, candidates need to arrange their own accommodation. No hostel facility shall be provided.
