Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop their professional skills and contribute to day-to-day business operations in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Support client communication and respond to routine queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
• Perform data entry and update company records as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support for various departmental projects and assignments.
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
