Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Associate – Finance to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of finance and accounting processes and be comfortable working with financial records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records using accounting software.

Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and revenue monitoring.

Support bank reconciliation and ledger verification activities.

Help prepare financial reports, statements, and management summaries.

Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Organize and maintain financial documents and records.

Support tax-related documentation and payment tracking.

Assist with GST, TDS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance activities.

Coordinate documentation required for audits and regulatory filings.

Monitor vendor payments, receivables, and payables.

Conduct basic checks on financial transactions and approvals.

Ensure confidentiality while handling financial information.

Work closely with finance, operations, and management teams to support business requirements.

Contribute to improving finance processes and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.

Familiarity with accounting software.

Good understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Prior internship or experience in finance/accounting will be an added advantage.
