Job Description:
Job Overview
Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.
Job Requirements
- Collecting, processing, verifying and reporting admin related-information to the vertical head.
- Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and entry of information into databases; typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes, and presentations for staff.
- Managing visitors and providing them relevant information.
- Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Update the contracts in the sensors sharepoint;
- Update the Matter Diary on Tymetrix;
- Support in execution via Docusign;
- Research work, including contract searches and questions from the business;
- Compilation of data;
- Entering and maintaining contract metadata
- Logging contractual obligations and distributing to business owners
- Proof reading documents; and
- Contract review.
Desired Candidate
- Educational Background - BA , LLB ( 5 Years ) 2025-26 Passed out
- Work Location - Whitefield
- Internship duration - 6 Months .
- Work Mode - 5 Days from Office .
- Previos internship experience will be preferrable
- Experience - 2 months - 11 Months
