Job Description
Customer Acquisition
- Responsible for customer acquisition through online marketing, planning of seasonal marketing calendar, execution of all campaigns/promotions (brand/product/geography)
Customer Retention
- Customer retention through email marketing (planning the email calendar), the content and creative for segmentation
Project Management
- Working in co-ordination with creative team (photographers) & graphics team to plan, shoot and execute creatives as per the brand guidelines for all channels (website, e-mailer, social media, google display ads, facebook ads and print ads).
