Associate - Global Sourcing & Procurement

We are looking for a high-energy Associate - Global Sourcing & Procurement to expand Teachmint's supplier base across China, India, and other global markets. This role will play a key part in supplier discovery, product shortlisting, cost negotiations, and localization initiatives. The role is critical to reducing supplier concentration risk, unlocking cost efficiencies, and enabling new adjacent product categories. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and onboard Chinese, Indian, and global suppliers Conduct first-level supplier and product screening based on business requirements Support initial cost and commercial negotiations Track and evaluate adjacent product categories and localisation opportunities Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Increase the percentage of Local BOM in our products Coordinate sampling, trials, and documentation

3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement. Prior experience working with Chinese vendors strongly preferred. Strong communication skills, both written (English) and verbal (English & Hindi). Higly organized with strong follow-through. Willingness to travel frequently, including internationally.
