Associate – Insurance & Risk Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate – Insurance & Risk Operations to manage insurance and risk-related processes across our India and global operations. The role focuses on policy management, renewals, claims, compliance, and risk optimization to ensure business continuity and asset protection. Expected Business Outcomes: Ensure optimal insurance coverage across all assets to prevent under-insurance. Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Minimize premium leakage and manage cost efficiency Enable safe execution of complex deals through structured risk management.policies Insurance follow ups until get the claim within time limit. Compliance with data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements applicable to insurance operations. Timely renewal and before 2 month to start the process for insurance renewal Analyse the assets conditions before renewal

Prior experience in insurance operations, risk management, or finance. Strong analytical, data management, and documentation skills. Experience in vendor and broker management. Detail-oriented and compliance-focused mindset.
