Senior Associate - Talent

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a FT basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring processes, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for finding the right talent. High performers may be offered a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs. Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across business, tech, and operations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates for fit and skills. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information. Drive offers closure, negotiation, and pre-joining follow-ups. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Share weekly hiring updates, dashboards, and insights with stakeholders. Represent the company professionally to ensure strong employer branding.

2–7 years of experience in recruitment (corporate or staffing). Proven experience with end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround timelines.
