- Procure materials (if needed) – Help procure event-related materials as required.
- Event day arrangement - On the event day, keep the event kit ready for volunteers to use.
- Volunteer orientation – Guide volunteers on what they need to do, set expectations, and keep them motivated.
- Volunteer engagement – Answer volunteer queries, keep the energy high, and create an inspiring atmosphere.
- End-to-end event management – Set up materials, host the event, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Event photos – Capture high-quality photos & videos of volunteers in action and their event output.
- Get volunteer & POC feedback – Collect short video testimonials from volunteers and the event location POC.
- Distribute Impact Kit – Deliver impact kits to beneficiaries if any. Capture pics & videos of heartwarming distribution, and end the event loop with real impact.
- Post-event reporting – Ensure all event details are captured and reported to Team Everest.
