Junior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile applications. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications using Next.js and React Native. It requires designing and implementing REST APIs and backend services using Node.js and MongoDB for database design and performance tuning. Redis will be utilized for caching and performance optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, along with troubleshooting, code reviews, and ensuring code quality. The candidate should be a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with periodic travel.

The ideal candidate must be capable of working across the entire development lifecycle and comfortable with frontend, backend, and basic DevOps workflows. 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in Next.js and React Native. Good understanding of Node.js, Express, and REST API development. Hands-on experience with MongoDB (aggregation, schema design, queries). Experience using Redis for caching or pub/sub. Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
