Job Summary

• Experienced SIT Engineer with strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS projects and end-to-end telecom implementations.
  Hands-on experience with Ooredoo SIT, SDLC and Ooredoo STLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall models. Good understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS concepts and business processes.
  Experienced in CRM, Rating, Charging, and Billing systems across telecom environments. Strong technical skills in Unix, SQL, JIRA, API validation, and automation using Selenium with Cucumber.

• Worked on Telecom OSS/BSS projects supporting end-to-end business processes.

• Involved in CRM, Rating, Charging, and Billing system validations.

• Performed API validation using SOAP and REST services.

• Conducted database verification and data validation using SQL queries.

• Used Unix commands for log verification and troubleshooting.

• Managed defects and tracked project activities through JIRA.

• Developed automation scripts using Selenium and Cucumber (BDD framework).
