Position Title: Senior Software Engineer ‿ Ericsson Order Care (EOC)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ericsson Order Care (EOC) Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring end to end order fulfillment and orchestration workflows. You will focus on translating complex telecom business rules into efficient technical solutions within EOC, ensuring system stability, automation, and optimal order processing.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Development: Configure, develop, and customize Ericsson Order Care (EOC / ECM) components, specializing in catalog driven order automation, order validation, decomposition, and routing.

Scripting & Logic: Write robust business logic and interfaces using JavaScript, Groovy, or Java/J2EE frameworks to handle complex telco product lines and fallback structures.

Integration: Develop and unit test XML/SOAP and REST based web services to integrate EOC with external BSS/OSS components (CRM, Billing, Inventory, and Network Activation).

BPMN Modeling: Design and configure business flows and tasks utilizing Camunda or native EOC BPM engine processes.

Troubleshooting & Fallout Management: Diagnose and resolve technical exceptions and system fallout during the order lifecycle.

Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in daily standups, requirement review workshops, sprint planning, and code reviews, operating within an Agile/DevOps environment.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Core Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands on experience in Ericsson Order Care (EOC) / Ericsson Catalog Manager (ECM) implementations. Exposure to EOC version 22.x or above is highly preferred.

Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in JavaScript, Java/J2EE, Groovy scripting, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Web Services: Solid understanding of XML, JSON, SOAP, RESTful APIs, and WebLogic server infrastructure.

Database: Experience writing SQL queries and managing database objects in Oracle or PostgreSQL.
