Job Description: Ericsson IN Engineer
Role Summary
Experienced IN BO Engineer responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, performance analysis, and operations of Ericsson Charging/IN systems in a live telecom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain Ericsson IN platforms in line with SLAs.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and analyze IN network performance.
- Handle 2nd Level Restoration, Trouble Reports, and Change Requests.
- Generate performance reports and perform maintenance activities.
- Prepare and implement software, hardware, and configuration changes.
- Monitor network/service performance and investigate issues or degradations.
- Participate in technical meetings and support process improvement initiatives.
