Key Responsibilities: Analyze client business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify solution fit and drive value-based outcomes. Collaborate closely with sales teams to prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and business cases. Support sales executives by providing detailed functional insights, documentation, and industry-specific recommendations. Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to understand trends and support strategic positioning. Assist in creating, enhancing, and customizing product demos to align with client expectations. Act as a bridge between sales, technical, design, and client teams to ensure clear and effective communication. Participate in client discussions, discovery workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and negotiations. Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and client interaction logs.
