MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel and be capable of preparing reports and dashboards to support business decisions. A basic understanding of Power BI will be considered an added advantage. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements. Create and update interactive dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.). Coordinate with different teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely insights. Assist in the automation of reports using Excel formulas/macros. Support the implementation and adoption of Power BI dashboards (basic level). Track performance metrics, operational KPIs, and generate ad-hoc reports as needed. Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data at all times.

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Science/Computer preferred). 2–5 years of proven experience in MIS or data reporting roles. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Data Validation, etc.). Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
