Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings. Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the progress of the development team. Foster collaboration and communication within and across teams to achieve project goals. Ensure transparency and visibility by maintaining accurate Scrum artifacts, such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts. Continuously assess and improve the team's Agile maturity and processes. End-to-End (E2E) Handling Integration Identify opportunities to incorporate End-to-End (E2E) handling methodologies into our development processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand E2E requirements and design appropriate strategies to address them. Implement E2E handling practices to streamline the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, testing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of E2E handling. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of E2E handling initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to optimize outcome
