Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and driving project success across cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: Work on adoption of Agile methodologies across project teams, facilitating key Scrum ceremonies such as (but not limited to) Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Provide oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring delivery alignment, removing blockers, and promoting team ownership and accountability. Maintain and enhance CI/CD practices, leveraging appropriate tools to support efficient and consistent project execution. Apply your technical background and understanding of development lifecycles, architecture, and coding principles to effectively support and uplift team capabilities. Deliver regular project updates and prepare performance and progress reports using relevant metrics. Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve project risks and issues to maintain delivery timelines and quality. Exhibit deep proficiency in Agile project management, with strong knowledge of Scrum/SAFe frameworks and best practices. Manage complex stakeholder expectations and lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes. Drive high-performing teams to achieve successful project execution and continuous improvement. Oversee full project lifecycles with consistent success in end-to-end delivery. Utilize Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking progress, collaboration, and documentation.
