Social Media Intern

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to assist in managing and growing our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation, with a desire to learn and contribute to brand engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning, creating, and publishing daily content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

● Support in developing creative campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

● Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize content performance.

● Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing posts.

● Schedule and monitor posts using social media management tools.

● Track analytics and prepare performance reports for campaigns.

● Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

● Support event promotions, company announcements, and internship program highlights.

● Stay up to date with emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

● Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter).

● Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an added advantage.

● Excellent communication and writing skills.

● Creative mindset with attention to detail.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
