Service Delivery

This is a full-time role for a Service Delivery Engineer. The Service Delivery Engineer will be responsible for onsite implementation, troubleshooting, providing technical support, managing IT services, and networking. The role is for Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai.

• 3yrs - 10yrs Experience in implementation, troubleshooting and technical support
• Key Skills: Network, Firewall, Cybersecurity or Server/Storage/HCI/Database or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in networking and network security
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, or CISSP are a plus
• Specific technical certification on technologies like WAF, EDR/XDR, DLP, HCI, Server/Storage, Firewall, PAM/IAM, ZTNA, Zero Trust, DAM, OT security, SASE, SD-WAN, Cloud Security etc. will be a plus.
