About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Engineer / Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering and bid management process. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation, coordination and analytical skills, with practical experience in government and private tender portals.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new tender opportunities, analysing tender requirements, preparing technical and commercial bids, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely and compliant submission of tenders.

1. Search and monitor relevant tender portals, websites, and newspapers for new opportunities
2. Analyse tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications
3. Prepare and compile tender documents (technical & commercial bids)
4. Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, technical, sales) for required inputs
5. Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines
6. Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and results
7. Handle pre-bid queries and attend pre-bid meetings when required
8. Follow up on submitted tenders and track results ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of Tendering Portals ex : GeM , E tenders ,E procurement ,BPCL ,IOCL e procurement ect
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in tendering or bid management
