We are now looking for a driven and dynamic Technical Recruiter who can help us bring exceptional talent into our fast-growing organisation.

We are seeking a Recruiter with 2–3 years of technical recruiting experience who embodies high energy, strong intellect, unquestionable integrity, and outstanding communication skills. In this role, you will be a critical partner in scaling our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all roles including sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
• Drive high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Conduct insightful screenings to evaluate both technical capabilities and culture fit.
• Ensure candidates have a seamless and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Represent Techtinium Technologies with professionalism, enthusiasm, and clarity in all candidate and stakeholder interactions.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and current market trends.
• Proven experience in sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Networking, etc.).
• Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality.
