BA-PM

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst cum Project Manager who can bridge business needs and delivery execution. The role requires strong client-facing skills, ownership of end-to-end project delivery, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis (BA) Responsibilities Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives Conduct requirement elicitation sessions (workshops, interviews, discussions) Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off Manage requirement changes and ensure proper impact analysis Project Management (PM) Responsibilities Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies Track progress, risks, issues, and ensure timely resolution Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, DevOps, etc.) Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders Client-Facing Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients Lead client meetings, steering committee calls, and project reviews Manage client expectations and proactively handle escalations Build strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication Multi-Project Handling Handle multiple projects/accounts simultaneously within the same role Prioritize tasks across projects and manage competing deadlines Ensure consistent delivery quality across all assigned engagements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA+PM role Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Hands-on experience with requirement documentation and project planning Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Experience in client-facing roles is mandatory Good to HaveDomain experience (e.g., Capital Markets, BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS, etc.) Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or Agile certifications
