Assistant Manager - MEP

Support Project Delivery: Ensure that all MEP works are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards for residential projects. Monitoring & Control Site Activities: Ensure the smooth flow of work by coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure proper installation. Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety standards and environmental regulations. Project Documentation: Ensure all technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations, are properly maintained and updated throughout the project. Team Leadership: Help manage, motivate, and develop junior engineers and technical staff, ensuring a high level of teamwork and productivity. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with MEP vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure material delivery, project progress, and compliance with project timelines. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of MEP contractors and service providers, Ensuring adherence to quality standards and resolving any performance issues. Technical Skills: Bring in new resources to carry out MEP works. Develop New suppliers. Prepare Comparative statements. Find out alternative material, methods.

A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and installations. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations for residential MEP systems. Familiarity with project management software and scheduling tools.
