Chief Engineer

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring that they meet deadlines, specifications, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support on complex engineering challenges and decisions across various projects and operations. Develop and implement engineering strategies, policies, and processes that align with company goals and drive operational efficiency. Ensure all engineering operations and projects adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements. Maintain oversight of engineering processes to ensure they meet all quality control standards and guidelines. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to engineering projects, including technical, financial, and operational risks. Work with other departments (such as construction, operations, and procurement) to ensure smooth project execution and resource allocation. Oversee the professional development of the engineering team, including training programs, certifications, and mentorship.
