Video Editor / Motion Designer

Tempo is looking for a motion designer to create product demos, launch videos, and social content about AI and developer tools.

You will create pure motion graphics and combine footage and screen recordings with animation.

• Design and animate product demos, explainers, and brand assets.

• Combine footage and screen recordings with motion graphics, pacing, music, and captions.

• Own videos from idea through feedback to final delivery.

Required: a link to your best motion design or video work, preferably in English. Pick the piece that best shows what you can do.

Optional: a 30–60 second introduction video. Phone is fine. Tell us why you want to work at Tempo and why you are a fit. It is not required, but it is a great way to stand out.

• Strong motion design work, with an eye for design, pacing, and story.
• Comfortable with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Interested in AI and developer tools, and quick to learn new tools. Deep technical expertise is not required.
• Clear communication, ownership, and fast iteration on feedback.
