Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a documented SEO strategy and a consistent execution cadence for websites owned and managed under Tenet.

• Conduct keyword and topic research, and create clear, search-led content briefs for blog articles.

• Maintain on-site SEO hygiene, including indexation, metadata, internal linking, broken links, content cannibalisation, and basic technical issues.

• Create and maintain accurate NAP citations and business profiles for relevant websites and locations.

• Execute link-building outreach through email and LinkedIn, including prospecting, personalised pitches, follow-ups, and relationship tracking.

• Build helpful, non-spammy engagement on Reddit and other relevant communities, as advised.

• Track all incoming link-collaboration and content-collaboration requests, owners, follow-ups, and outcomes so campaigns remain active.

• Update and optimise existing blog articles based on search performance and SEO recommendations.

• Develop useful resources and lead magnets for websites owned and managed under Tenet to support organic traffic, links, and conversions.

• Maintain SEO trackers and task sheets; monitor rankings, organic traffic, indexation, backlinks, and content progress; and complete assigned work on time.

Working Arrangement

• Full-time remote / work-from-home role.

• Dedicated availability of 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.

• Occasional team meetups.

• Consistent daily availability, communication, and timely task completion are expected.

Compensation

₹2.4–3.2 LPA, based on assessed fit and experience. Candidates must be comfortable proceeding within this fixed range.

Selection and Application

Tenet follows a highly selective, evidence-led hiring process, and only a small percentage of applicants will progress. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an online interview, and a short role-relevant practical assessment may be included.

• Applicants must be comfortable with the ₹2.4–3.2 LPA compensation range and the stated working arrangement.

Skills

• Sound understanding of on-page, off-page, local, content, and foundational technical SEO.

• Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics; familiarity with keyword, crawling, and backlink tools is an advantage.

• Ability to create content briefs, edit and optimise content, and manage routine updates in WordPress.

• Clear written communication for outreach through email, LinkedIn, and online communities.

• Strong research, spreadsheet, organisation, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple websites and deadlines.
