Key Job Responsibilities :
1Provide guidance and leadership to End to End Quality Overall function team
2Provide leadership and management in the areas of Concern management & corrective ,preventive actions for field ,customer line & supplier parts
3Ensure all products are in compliance with customer requirements and specifications. CSR
4Manage the quality documentation and files required by the co. and customers.
5Train and develop an Quality system  within the organization ensuring quality is instilled throughout the operation.
6Drive P3 & Tenneco Global systems and initiatives in functions
7Represent the company at major customers understanding, identifying and correcting any quality concerns or misconceptions that might exist.
8Responsibility for all inspection and testing equipment that is required in the verification of compliance to standards. Monitor Measurement room and weld lab
9Process audits and Layered process audit planning and monitoring results
10Maintain and track all required documents required on the various products and incoming material.
11Should conduct management review meeting once in 3 months as per IATF
12Should keep a close track of internal QMS audits that are being conducted
13Should also visit TFS  suppliers premises twice a year.
14Liaisoning with Certification body for External audits /certification sustenance for IATF16949 activities.
15Closely work with customer interactions, PPAP,and their drives for improvements
16Facilitate training of employees in QA function with a view to develop capabilities in QA
17Drive quality /CSR  in new program launches  during the product development & production cycle
18Monitoring Customer Complaint , Warranty Concerns, Rejection, Delivery, Audit Status, Customer Score Card
19internal Scrap analysis & scrap cost  Reduction
20Review monthly KPI and coordinate management Operation reviews
21Work on Zero customer complaints improvement plans
22Monitor Customer scores and rating and provide gaps and action from related area
Authorities:
1Authorized to stop the production whenever non-conforming products are observed at any stage of production
2Authorized to dispose off non-conforming products
3Authorized to sanction purchase requests
4Authorized to select departmental personnel at any level
5Authorized to identify & provide the adequate resource wherever required in manufacturing
