Body Repair Business Specialist

What You'll Do

• Bodyshop network expansion, identifying partners & onboarding them.
• Manage and support Tesla's Body
• Repair Network across India, ensuring high standards in daily operations, service, and parts performance.
• Provide regional technical and operational support for collision repair activities.
• Deliver on‑site coaching and guidance to Body Shop technicians on Tesla repair standards and best practices.
• Monitor network performance and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Identify field training needs and support the development and deployment of training programs.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Tesla repair standards, processes, and quality expectations.
• Support service and parts operations alignment across the network to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including insurance partners, and support technical presentations or workshops where required.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Body Repair Network.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, key issues, and action plans.
• Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
• Ensure full compliance with Tesla safety standards, policies, and local regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as required to support regional business objectives.

What You'll Bring

• Strong ability to work independently with excellent organization, planning, and documentation skills.
• Experience in operations management, technical support, or network management.
• Solid understanding of collision repair principles, including structural repair, panel alignment, and workshop tooling/equipment.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and drive performance improvements across external partners or stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience and insurable.
