The role involves providing Design, simulation/CAE results to Mechanical engineering challenges for the diversified product lines of Textron Specialized Vehicles which includes Golf, Turf, Utility, Ground Support Equipment, and off-highway recreational vehicles. Use of Mechanical principles, theories and concepts are required to complete the tasks. In this role the individual follows specific, detailed instructions and contributes to the completion of routine technical tasks. Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor, project leaders, and other professionals in the section or group.
· Design & CAE Support to the development of subsystems like Chassis, Brakes, Steering, Plastics, and suspensions etc.
· Structural Durability of systems /sub systems - Test correlation, Stress, vibration/fatigue analysis
Master's degree with specialization in Computer Aided Engineering and design or equivalent. Familiarity with FEA software tools such as ANSYS, Simcenter or equivalent tools
