Key Responsibilities of Replacement of Jayesh Amliyar

• Ownership of shift production activities to meet daily output and delivery targets
• Manpower planning, allocation, and handling during the shift to ensure optimal utilization
• Monitoring and driving shift‑wise KPIs (production, efficiency, scrap, downtime, quality, safety)
• Immediate issue identification and escalation related to production and manpower
• Coordination with process, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth shift operations
• Ensuring shop‑floor discipline, compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures
• 5's, Safety standard follow

Qualification – Manufacturing Engineer (Fresher to 1–3 Years Experience)

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Candidates with automotive / manufacturing plant exposure will be preferred
• Fresher to 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment
• Exposure to shop‑floor operations, shift production, or process support is desirable
• Freshers with strong academic background and willingness to work in shifts may be considered
