About the Digital Public Health ProgramTAF's Digital Public Health Program (DPHP) is building the next generation of scalable, interoperable digital health systems, combining conversational AI, WhatsApp‐based workflow automation, data pipelines, and decision‐support tools. These systems are designed for real‐world, low‐resource settings and aim to support frontline workers and health systems in delivering timely, high‐quality care.

We are an early‐stage but rapidly scaling team, building at the intersection of public health, technology, and behaviour change. This requires individuals who can take ownership, solve problems independently, learn quickly, and operate comfortably in ambiguity while shaping evolving systems.

Role OverviewThis role sits at the intersection of public health, communication, and digital systems. You will design how information is delivered to frontline workers and communities across chat‐based interfaces, visuals, and short media formats. The role requires the ability to translate complex health information into simple, actionable, and engaging formats that work in low‐literacy, real‐world contexts, while increasingly leveraging AI tools to scale content creation.

What you will do-

• • Create multi‐format communication systems:
    • Chat‐based content (nudges, scripts, conversational flows)
    • Visuals (infographics, job aids, WhatsApp creatives, stickers)
    • Short audio/video content
    • Translate public health protocols into:
      • Simple, actionable messaging
      • Structured conversational logic
    • Design low‐literacy‐friendly communication assets
    • Use AI tools to generate and adapt content
    • Work with domain and product teams to ensure accuracy and usability
    • Continuously improve content using user feedback and data

Experience & Qualifications-

• • 2–6 years in communications, content, design, or related roles
• • Bachelor's/Master's in Communications, Design, or related fields
• • Experience in one or more:
    • Behaviour change communication (IEC/BCC/SBCC)
    • Digital content (chatbots, IVR, scripts)
    • Visual design (infographics, job aids)
• • Tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe and similar content creation tools
• • Familiarity with AI tools, MCPs for content creation

• 2–6 years in communications, content, design, or related roles
• Bachelor's/Master's in Communications, Design, or related fields
• Experience in one or more:
  • Behaviour change communication (IEC/BCC/SBCC)
  • Digital content (chatbots, IVR, scripts)
  • Visual design (infographics, job aids)
• Tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe and similar content creation tools
