What you will do

  • नियमित रूप से गाँवों का दौरा करना और समुदाय के लोगों से अच्छे संबंध बनाना।
  • गाँव में बैठकें, जागरूकता कार्यक्रम और समूह चर्चा आयोजित करना।
  • समुदाय के स्वयंसेवकों और स्थानीय समूहों के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
  • आशा, आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, एएनएम, पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों और अन्य सरकारी अधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय बनाना।
  • परियोजना के अनुसार सामुदायिक गतिविधियों को लागू करना।
  • घर-घर जाकर लोगों से बातचीत करना और जरूरत के अनुसार जानकारी एकत्र करना।
  • मोबाइल या निर्धारित फॉर्म के माध्यम से सही तरीके से जानकारी (डेटा) दर्ज करना।
  • किए गए कार्यों का रिकॉर्ड, रिपोर्ट और अन्य जरूरी दस्तावेज़ तैयार रखना।
  • फील्ड में आने वाली समस्याओं और सीख को समय-समय पर टीम के साथ साझा करना।
  • प्रशिक्षण, समीक्षा बैठक और योजना बनाने की बैठकों में भाग लेना।
  • अंतरा फाउंडेशन द्वारा दिए गए अन्य आवश्यक कार्यों में सहयोग करना।

CDIPS program about

Community Driven Integrated Programs at Scale (CDIPS) The अंतरा Foundation की एक नई पहल है, जिसका उद्देश्य समुदाय की भागीदारी बढ़ाकर महिलाओं और बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य एवं पोषण में सुधार लाना है। गर्भवती महिलाओं, माताओं और बच्चों के लिए सरकारी स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ उपलब्ध होने के बावजूद कई परिवार इन सेवाओं का पूरा लाभ नहीं उठा पाते। इसके पीछे जानकारी की कमी, सामाजिक मान्यताएँ, स्वास्थ्य केंद्र तक पहुँचने में कठिनाई और समुदाय का सीमित सहयोग जैसे कारण होते हैं।CDIPS इन चुनौतियों को समझकर समुदाय के साथ मिलकर ऐसे समाधान विकसित करेगा जो स्थानीय परिस्थितियों के अनुसार हों और लंबे समय तक टिकाऊ रहें।

Work period:

This position will initially be on a 3 month contract. This contract may be extended every 3 months based on the program need, work, and performance.

This position's objective

To implement women and children's health and nutrition related programs in villages, increase community participation, and contribute to developing better health behaviors at the local level.

Key responsibilities

  • Regularly visiting villages and building good relationships with community people.
  • Organizing village meetings, awareness programs and group discussions.
  • Working with community volunteers and local groups.
  • Coordinating with Asha, Anganwadi worker, ANM, Panchayat representatives and other government officials.
  • Implementing community activities as per the project.
  • Visiting house-to-house and interacting with people and collecting necessary information as needed.
  • Correctly entering information (data) through mobile or prescribed forms.
  • Maintaining records, reports and other necessary documents of the work done.
  • Sharing field problems and learning with the team at regular intervals.
  • Participating in training, review meetings and planning meetings.
  • Collaborating with other necessary tasks given by The अंतरा Foundation.

Eligibility Criteria

    • इस पद के लिए महिला उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। हालांकि, योग्य पुरुष उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
      • सामाजिक कार्य (MSW), पब्लिक हेल्थ, ग्रामीण विकास, समाजशास्त्र या संबंधित विषय में स्नातक।
      • यदि उम्मीदवार के पास संबंधित क्षेत्र में अच्छा कार्य अनुभव है, तो अन्य विषयों के स्नातकों पर भी विचार किया सकता है।
      • समुदाय आधारित कार्यक्रमों में 1 से 3 वर्ष का अनुभव।
      • स्वास्थ्य, पोषण, ग्रामीण विकास या सामाजिक विकास के क्षेत्र में कार्य का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
      • सरकारी विभागों और फ्रंटलाइन कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ काम करने का अनुभव अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
      • परियोजना की अवधि के दौरान घोड़ाडोंगरी या भीमपुर ब्लॉक में रहकर काम करने की इच्छा।
      • हिंदी के साथ गोंडी या कोरकू भाषा (या दोनों) बोलना आना चाहिए।
      • स्वयं का दोपहिया वाहन और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना आवश्यक।
      • गाँवों में नियमित रूप से यात्रा करने के लिए तैयार हों।
      • दूरस्थ और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में काम करने की इच्छा हो।
      • स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग करना आता हो।
      • MS Word, Excel, Teams तथा मोबाइल आधारित डेटा कलेक्शन ऐप का सामान्य ज्ञान हो।
