Job summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers, and convert prospects into clients. The role involves calling, emailing, and following up with leads to support business growth.

Key responsibilities:

§  Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails and online platforms.

§  Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.

§  Conduct product presentations via phone or virtual meetings.

§  Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.

§  Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM)

§  Coordinate with the field sales or operations team for closures.

§  Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements
